Projects

The Projects tab works as a dashboard. In a glance you can see the balances of each project.

2. It's possible to group your projects for a better overview
3. See totals of invoives out, in and balance from each project
4. don't be afraid to create a "General" group to gather all invoices that you can't link to a certain project. eg rent, software, promotion...

Contacts

A simple contacts database is included.

Invoices out

2. Totals of your filter
3. The link with your payments. Multiple payments per invoice are also possible.
4. With a simple-to-use interface you produce professional looking invoices that you can print, download and email.
5. You can enter invoice-lines that are freeform or unit-based (eg hours, products,...)
6. Cobalt aims to keep track of all your projects, so you'll be asked to link each invoice with a project to let Cobalt do the work and after get brilliant overviews

Invoices in

Enter your expenses here and link it to certain projects. Also, link an invoice with an existing transfer (payments tab) or enter a new transfer.

3. The link with your payments, shows green if it's fully paid
4. Cobalt selects automatically the cost type, as it remembers your previous choice.
5. Create draft expenses for costs that are expected or need your attention later on.

Payments

Enter your visa or bank transfers here. Link them with an Invoice In or Invoice Out so you know what's paid or which invoices are missing.

3. Cobalt even keeps track how you linked a payment with an invoices. If you did it from the payments tab or straight from the invoice.
4. Editable, add as many accounts as you want.
5. You wired money from one account to another
6. Make the invoice - payment link straight from the payment section

Reports

The reports tab summarizes your input.

1. Profit & Loss statement
2. Export your contacts, invoices in & out, payments to excel
3. The sales stats give you an overview of your invoices out and in. Click through on projects to get more details.
